How long does delivery take?

Yes, Momsee offers Cash on Delivery across most locations in India. You can choose COD at checkout where available.

Can I exchange my order if the size doesn’t fit?
Yes, we offer a 7-day easy exchange policy for size issues. The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags intact.
Can I return a product?
Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect products within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition. For better service please make a video while you recive package.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can use that link to track your order in real time.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery and share an unboxing video for verification.
