At Momsee, we want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return and exchange policy.

Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery. If you receive a product with a size issue or wish to exchange it for another size or color, you can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the order.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund accordingly.

Products that show signs of use, washing, damage, or missing tags will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To claim a return for damaged, defective, or incorrect products, customers are required to record a clear unboxing video while opening the package. The video should show the sealed package and the product inside.

Claims related to damaged, missing, or incorrect items may not be accepted without a proper unboxing video as proof.

Refund Policy

For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned product has been received and verified.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit after the returned product is received and inspected.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team with your order number and issue details within 7 days of delivery. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Shipping Charges

In cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, Momsee will bear the return shipping cost. For size exchanges or other reasons, return shipping charges may apply.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that are used, washed, damaged by the customer, or returned without original tags and packaging will not be accepted for return or exchange.
