Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details.
Shipping Time
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location. Generally, orders are delivered within:
• 3–5 business days for metro cities
• 4–7 business days for other locations
Please note that delivery timelines may occasionally be affected due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping across India on all orders. There are no additional shipping charges applied during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS that allows you to track the delivery status of your order.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier partner is unable to deliver the package after multiple attempts due to incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or refusal to accept the order, the order may be returned to our warehouse.
In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply for sending the order again.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided during checkout are accurate. Momsee will not be responsible for delivery issues caused due to incorrect address details.
